They showcase shows that are 10 or 12 years old, but unfortunately, only a portion of the episodes are available due to the show's premature ending. It's important to be cautious when starting a show on BritBox, as you might not get to see its conclusion. For instance, the show "Good Cop," which is 12 years old, was supposed to have all its episodes, but BritBox canceled it after just two episodes. Despite this, they continue to sell the show on BritBox, leaving viewers with only two episodes. It's quite disappointing.

"I am unable to stream Grace."
I reached out to Britbox to inform them about my inability to watch Grace on their platform using my Samsung TV. This issue arose five weeks ago, and despite their awareness, they have been unable to resolve it thus far.

"This is a scam..."
I signed up through Amazon but decided to cancel. However, they still auto-renewed my subscription despite my cancellation request. This has been happening month after month, and I have been struggling to find a convenient way to cancel. I highly recommend reading the reviews, as I am not the only one facing this issue.

I recently signed up to watch Doctor Who and other programs, but to my disappointment, I discovered that they have been removed. Additionally, I noticed that not all full series are available, and there is very little new content. Is this false advertising?

"I have to say, Britbox really gives off a scammy vibe. It's incredibly frustrating that there seems to be no option to cancel the service."
I was unable to get Britbox to function on my Smart TV, despite having successfully used five other streaming services. Frustrated, I decided to give up. Since I was still within my 7-day free trial, I assumed there would be no issues. However, following their instructions on how to cancel did not yield any results; the necessary options and menus were simply not available. Consequently, I had to engage in multiple back-and-forth interactions with their help line, only to find out that they had charged me for their service. This whole experience feels like I am being caught up in a scam. (I would prefer not to rate this platform with one star, but it is mandatory for this review.)

I decided to try out Britbox and canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. Britbox acknowledges that this was indeed done. However, for the past four months, they have continued to charge my account for subscriptions. After a long exchange of messages, they have now informed me that I will have to resolve this issue with my bank.

The first notice arrived on the same day I canceled, while the second one came after they had already charged me. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a refund from either Britbox or Amazon. However, my bank was kind enough to refund me. Dealing with Britbox's customer service was a frustrating experience that lasted for a whole week. Amazon advised me to reach out to my bank for assistance. After this ordeal, I have no intention of subscribing to Britbox ever again.

"I absolutely love BritBox, but"
I absolutely adore BritBox and have been using it on Roku for years without any issues. However, I recently decided to try it out on Amazon Prime and unfortunately encountered some technical difficulties. Despite sending five detailed emails to BritBox customer service, explaining the problem and requesting assistance from their technical team, I received responses that were completely unrelated to the issue I had clearly described. It was evident that the representative I communicated with had no clue about the matter at hand. My emails should have been escalated to a higher level of technical support, but it seems that this was not done, as the glitch still persists. The customer service experience was utterly disappointing and unhelpful. Nevertheless, BritBox is still worth the money for the content it offers.
